The ILO MARITIME LABOUR CONVENTION, 2006 (MLC 2006) is rapidly being ratified. It is being hailed as an International Bill of Rights for Seafarers and the Fourth Pillar of Quality Shipping, alongside SOLAS, STCW and MARPOL. The talk will cover:
