Like you, I’ve been watching the Hong Kong protests closely, and my heart goes out to the people of Hong Kong who are yearning to be free from communist China. I want to share some of the most inspiring photos I’ve seen from the protests. I am inspired to keep fighting because they are fighting! And, as you look through them, I ask that you consider a donation of $25 or $50, so that we can equip American patriots like you for the battle against the communists in our own country.
When you see pictures of protesters in Hong Kong waving American flags, crying out for the liberty and freedoms enshrined in our Constitution, I pray you are also inspired to continue our fight for freedom at home.
You see, even if some radical leftists vilify our founding principles, most Americans still love America, and persecuted people across the world embrace our principles and draw inspiration and courage from our nation. I am so proud that our flag still stands for freedom to oppressed people everywhere, and together, you and I can make sure that it always does.
And, to the people of Hong Kong, the tea party movement stands with you in your fight for freedom!
“Still, if you will not fight for the right when you can easily win without bloodshed, if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not so costly, you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance for survival. There may be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no chance of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.” – Winston Churchill
“Give me liberty or give me death!” – Patrick Henry
