President Joe Biden is creating a sneaky back-door vaccine mandate. This is his effort to change the conversation from Afghanistan and address his premature declaration of victory over the coronavirus. But considering the public’s antipathy toward vaccine mandates, demonstrated in a new poll, it probably won’t win him the political advantage he is seeking.
