|We have an exciting announcement for you and we also need your help to fight back against the IRS.|
New Washington Times Column
We’re excited to officially announce that Tea Party Patriots Co-Founder, Jenny Beth Martin, has been given a weekly column in the Washington Times. You’ll definitely want to check it each week for important commentary on the issues that matter. Her third column posted yesterday and makes the case for the impeachment of IRS Commissioner John Koskinen. The commissioner took the helm shortly after the IRS scandal became public and he’s been stonewalling the investigation ever since. Find out why we think John Koskinen should be impeached.

Help Us Stop the New IRS Power Grab!
You won’t believe what the IRS is up to now! While many people are fully focused on how to deal with ISIS or whether they are completely focused on the holidays at this point, the IRS is trying to impose new regulations on charitable non-profit organizations that would make these organizations responsible for collecting, storing, and safeguarding social security numbers for donors who give more than $250 in a calendar year. This would impact small food banks, churches, and other community non-profits the worst. Besides, there’s no reason the IRS needs to collect this information because we, as Americans, have the right to freely associate with the causes that we care about and should be able to do so without the IRS tracking it. You can help us stop this new power grab by submitting a comment against the newly proposed regulation. The comment period is open until December 16th. In the past, we have been successful stopping other government regulations by flooding the open comment period with opposing views. We can do it again, but we need everyone to voice their concerns! Please submit your comment now!
